Plenkertstraat, Valkenburg

In cooperation with Maurer United Architects

The unique approach of Marres Projects, namely contributing to policy development and product innovation through commissions from commercial companies and governmental agencies, is increasingly taking shape. Recently, Marres Projects received a commission by the advisory committee Area Development Maastricht Valkenburg. This advisory committee is looking for a vision on the area surrounding the Plenkertstraat in Valkenburg, a vision that connects the cultural facilities in the area with the restaurants and hotels, giving the area an extra impulse.

From September onwards, a number of designers in cooperation with, amongst others, Maurer United Architects, started working on this assignment. The results were presented in a symposium at the end of November.
